I worked on staff at Men's Health and Shape before becoming a freelance health and wellness writer. I specialize in breaking down science and studies into digestible advice people can use to improve their lives. I mostly write about mental and physical performance (that includes fitness, nutrition, psychology, physiology, biomechanics, and health) but never turn down the chance to write about the real heroes of health and happiness—booze, sex, and adventures.
